Description

Clear PVC threaded nipples are suitable for applications such as food and pharmaceutical plants, laboratories, hospitals, electroplating, photofinishing, and chemical installations and are perfect for use as a sight gauge.

  • Schedule 80 clear PVC
  • Non-toxic and resistant to bacterial activity
  • Can be sterilized in ethylene oxide
  • Flame-retardant, UL rated 94VO
  • Temperature range: 33 degrees F to 140 degrees F

Clear PVC piping is produced from a rigid, virgin Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC) compound with a Cell Classification of 12454 per ASTM D-1784.

In addition to exhibiting desirable physical properties and optimum transparency, this material is listed by the National Sanitation Foundation as being safe for use with potable water (NSF International Standard 61). and also complies with the provisions of Title 21 of the U.S. FDA Code of Federal Regulations as being safe for use in food contact applications.

These nipples aren't a true 6 inches closer to 5.75. Makes it hard to replace them when you rake a 6 inch one out
