Description

John Guest Inch Acetal Fittings
The PI Range of inch-size push-in fittings is offered for tube sizes 5/32 to 5/8 in. O.D. The fittings are manufactured in gray acetal copolymer with food grade nitrile O-ring, making them especially suitable for applications involving foodstuff and portable liquids. They are also suitable for air and inert gases and can therefore be used on CO2 lines, pneumatic applications and vacuum.

Working Pressures and Temperatures 5/32 to 5/16 in.
Air Max. 230 psi at -4 degrees F
Portable Liquids and Air Max. 230 psi at 33 and 68 degrees F, 150 psi at 150 degrees F

Working Pressures and Temperatures 3/8 to 1/2 in.
Air Max. 150 psi at -4 degrees F
Portable Liquids and Air Max. 150 psi at 33 and 68 degrees F, 100 psi at 150 degrees F

John Guest Inch Polypropylene Fittings
The PP Range of inch-size push-in fittings is offered for tube sizes 1/4 to 1/2 in. O.D. The fittings are manufactured in white polypropylene with food grade EPDM O-rings. They have been developed to satisfy the filtered pure water market and wide range of applications. The PP Range is NOT suitable for compressed air applications. For these situations PI Range is recommended.

Working Pressures and Temperatures
Water Max. 150 psi at 70 degrees F, 100 psi at 150 degrees F
