ALSCO Industrial Products Inc. offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Eligibility

• In order to return an item(s), you must obtain a “Return Authorization Approval”; any item(s) sent back without it will not be accepted. 
• The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
• The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, in saleable condition and in the original packaging, if applicable.
• You may be responsible for shipping or restocking fees.

Initiating a Return

• Visit our Contact Us page and complete the form with your information including the order number.
• Select the “Return / Exchange” option, add any additional questions or comments and “Submit” the form.
• Wait for our response, which is usually one to two business days, and we will discuss your return with you. 

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on pipe, adhesives and other specialty items purchases or other specialty items. If you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return, please Contact Us before placing your order. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a refund to the credit card associated with the original purchase. If a non-credit card payment method was used, we will communicate with you and provide refund options. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds.
